These Terms & Conditions govern your use of MidPoint and other applications provided by Danopps ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

2. App Functionality

MidPoint is designed to help users estimate meeting points, routes, nearby places, and related map-based results. Results may vary depending on map data, third-party services, network availability, traffic conditions, business data, contact availability, and other external factors. We do not guarantee that any route, location, place recommendation, travel time, shared result, or map result will always be accurate, complete, or available.

3. Permissions and User Choices

Some features may require access to permissions such as location, contacts, notifications, or tracking-related permissions. You may choose whether to grant these permissions, but some features may not work correctly without them.

4. Shared Maps and Friend Features

The app may allow you to share maps, meeting points, or related results with other people by link or through friend-related features. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you share is appropriate and lawful. We are not responsible for how recipients use or interpret shared links or shared map content.

5. Third-Party Services

The app may rely on third-party services, including advertising, maps, routing, hosting, link handling, place data, analytics, and diagnostics providers. The availability, behavior, and accuracy of these services are outside our direct control.

6. Advertising

The app may display ads, including personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your consent choices, region, and applicable permissions.

7. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, text, design, features, software, and related materials provided by Danopps are owned by Danopps or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or reused without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

8. No Warranty

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Danopps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for decisions, actions, or losses arising from reliance on app content, route information, shared links, contact-based suggestions, location results, or third-party data and services.

10. Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may limit or terminate access to the app if we reasonably believe a user is violating these Terms, applicable law, or the security and integrity of the service.

12. Governing Use

You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations that apply to your use of the app in your jurisdiction.
